called and hung up, but I did not call back. Sensed that it must be a scam. My phone put a sign in front of the number and it appeared in red, which is always a sign to watch out!

I am recieving calls from several diffrent people saying they are going to put a "lock" on my ssn if i dont talk to them. I cant even understand these people, they barely speak english!! they also say that if i dont call them back, they are not responsible for what may happen to me.

Too bad I have nothing but legal software, eh ??

Say's they are calling from Microsoft - broken English and drops the name of someone else at your company and says they are supporting your help desk request. Then they try to get you to confirm email and mailing address (which they have wrong). Asked to remove from their list and stop calling. We'll see....

2 calls so far from this number. both hang ups as soon as i say hello. no background noise or anything to indicate who it may be.

These bastards keep calling multiple times/day and do not leave a message. When I answered the caller identified himself as Terrell and hung up. Does anyone know the company name and address so I can go to there and personally kick their fucking asses.

Asked for my spouse. When I asked who was calling, he hung up.

Received call from woman with very heavy accent. Was told I was in default for a payday loan and for me or my attorney to return the call. I was going to be sued for non-pay and if I disregarded the call, I can expect to be pulled into court. They would either come to my house of my place of employment with a court summons. Then they told me that if I didn't call back or respond to this call, I would be immediately taken to jail. I don't have a payday loan. Applied for one but decided not to take it. This has to be a prank caller trying to extort money. A woman with the name of Scarlet Jackson with very heavy accent???? Don't think so. This is phone harrassment.
